There is a $30.00 non-refundable deposit to hold appointments, this amount is later added to your service the day of your scheduled appointment. Deposit is required for all new clients. If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24hrs the $30.00 becomes an inconvenience/cancellation fee. If you'd like to rebook, another $30.00 dollar deposit will be required.

For new clients - when booking an appointment please send a picture of your hair and also a picture of what you would like to have done to ensure no confusions.

For 911 emergency services, when you absolutely need me and it is a hair crisis:

A non-negotiable charge of $120 will be added on top of your service fee.

If you are an established client and you arrive 15 minutes late or more to your appointment. You will likely be asked to reschedule, unless the schedule can still accommodate you. Likewise, if you are a new client and arrive 15 minutes late or more you will be asked to RESCHEDULE.

 

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon. This time should be seen as an investment. I want to make your salon experience as unique and memorable as you are.
